Worked at Thai Pavilion (The President Taj group of hotels) 

Key Member of opening the Intercontinental the Grand Mumbai( Now The Lalit )

Key Member of Opening Brilliance of the Sea (Royal Caribbean Cruises(USA)

Compass group ( Headed operation at TCS as Chef Manager) 

Headed the kitchen of Hotel Corporation of India(CHEFAIR)and handled  the Indian Prime Ministers In flight Meals during foreign Visits. 

He has Trained Under EMIRATES MASTER- CHEF UWE MICHEEL (Banquets Intercontinental Dubai)

DESIGNED MENUS FOR RAJ BHAVAN & ALSO FOR CELEBRITIES ON THEIR SPECIAL OCASSIONS.

Mrs Varsha Fernandes who has a 3 year Hotel Management Degree holder and having vast experience in Multinational companies specialized in the area of operations .
